Professor Dr. Snehangshu Shekhar Chanda

Snehangshu Shekhar Chanda, son of Sukumer Chanda and Swarasati Rani Chanda, was born in 1968 at Boalia of Kalukhali Upazilla under the district of Rajbari, Bangladesh. He passed SSC and HSC examination in 1984 and 1986 respectively from Dhaka Board. He completed higher studies in English from Rajshahi University, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He did Ph.D. in English Linguistics from USA. He completed different courses on English Language through British Council under various institution and University of South Hampton. His articles have been published in different national and International journals and he availed different Administrative positions (Dean, Provost, Director-Student Counseling and Guidance) at Sylhet Agricultural University. He attended different Seminars and Workshops in Bangladesh and abroad. Now he is working as a Professor of English and Chairman, Department of Basic Science and Language at Sylhet Agricultural University, Sylhet, Bangladesh.
