Research Interests:
  • I am interested in understanding biology of any organism through data mining and wet lab experiments. I want to especially focus on mechanism of a phenotypical expression through the assessment of Next generation sequencing data and then validate the outcome by in vivo or in vitro experiments. The careful investigation of metadata generated from different cells in multi omics layers, phylogenetic studies and integration of those data might be helpful to answer many biological questions in the context of biology, which still remain in enigma.
