Sylhet Agricultural University (SAU) celebrated its gorgeous 9th Founding Anniversary with great enthusiasm on November 02, 2015. Rally, cake cutting ceremony and cultural programme were arranged at the campus to celebrate the day.

Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Golam Shahi Alam inaugurated the programme by cutting a cake at Baishakhi Chattar. Later he addressed the teachers, students and officers of the university mentioning the vision and success of SAU. He further said that SAU is committed to ensure quality education and knowledge creation through research.

  

Later a colorful procession moved around the campus where teachers, students and staffs of the university participated. A cultural programme was held at the central auditorium in the evening.
