Syeda Sabrina Akter, originally from Sunamganj, serves as an assistant professor in the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering and Technology at Sylhet Agricultural University in Bangladesh. Her educational path led her through Sunamganj Girls High School for her secondary education and Sylhet Govt. Women's College for her higher secondary education. She earned her B.Sc. (Engg.) and M.Sc. (Engg.) degrees from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, with a specialization in Food Engineering and Tea Technology. Her academic journey began in 2018 when she joined Sylhet Agricultural University as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering and Technology. Her research interests focus on the screening of bioactive ingredients in food, food processing & preservation and food safety.
